Final Completion Stage

  1. Carry out punch list for defects before issuance of Certificate of Practical Completion and ensuring that the defects are rectified within time allocated.
  2. Prepare Final Account for each package of works.
  3. Coordinate the rectification of defects work that may rise from time, to time during the Defect Liability Period.
  4. Co-ordinate for submission documents including drawings and certifications required for making proper application to the relevant authority, ministry or department for their issuance of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) / Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO). The CCC/CFO will legalise the occupation and commencement of operation for the project which has been constructed according to the Approved Plans.
